Looking up your insurer, or going to a pharmacy

If you use the assistant or tap through to a pharmacy, we do not ask for or keep anything about you. We only count how many people used each option, with no way of knowing who they were.

Asking for a callback

If you continue, we will ask for your age group, the area where you live, the health cover you have, and a phone number we can reach you on.

We use this only to contact you and connect you with the right support for understanding your cover and choosing a family planning method.

We do not ask for your name or email here, and we do not share what you tell us with any provider or insurer without speaking to you first.

What you share is kept securely and can only be seen by the programme team. If you would like it removed, contact us at info@jhpiego.org.
